From large production companies to local news, we receive all kinds of requests to film at Monticello. My job is to coordinate logistics and escort crews from start to finish.
Sending Pitches & Drafting Releases
As we gear up for America's 250th in 2026, I issue informal pitches to media to help Monticello and its experts join the conversation.
For major announcements, I assist the Director of Communications in drafting releases and other materials for issue.
Meltwater Data Management
On Meltwater, I've refined our media monitoring searches and kept press lists up-to-date. I generate routine clip service weekly and when we have a notable mention.
Monitoring
In times of crisis, I aid our Director by monitoring media and social mentions closely. When necessary, I help draft internal and external response materials.
